Free Virtual Suicide Prevention Training: Equip Ourselves to Save a Life

In an effort to combat the rising rates of suicide among middle-aged men, NGBN-TV (The Network for Men in Their 40s, 50s, and 60s) announces its groundbreaking Suicide Prevention program, “Equip Ourselves to Save a Life.”

NGBN-TV’s mission with this initiative is to significantly reduce the incidence of suicide among middle-aged men by equipping them and those around them with the tools and understanding necessary to support themselves and others in crisis.

This live training broadcast is taking place on April 6th from 9:00 am-11:00 am ET and again at 9am-11am PT. It is free of charge and available across all NGBN-TV platforms and social media outlets.

Guiding this effort is Craig Hannum, Sergeant First Class US Army Retired, an acclaimed award winning suicide prevention expert.

The “Equip Ourselves to Save a Life” program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to identify warning signs, understand emotional triggers, and develop effective coping and intervention strategies.
