This day-long, in-person event is dedicated to discussing suicide prevention strategies and practices and collaborating with partners from across Maryland to promote hope and connection.
Participants will have the opportunity to network and collaborate with other attendees and diverse community partners.
Throughout the day, attendees will engage in interactive experiences designed to support well-being, spark connection, and bring the summit’s theme to life.
Wellness Room
A dedicated space for rest and reset. Step away when you need a moment to breathe, reflect, or simply recharge.
Sound Bath Healing Circle
Offered prior to the Keynote and at the start of lunch, these guided sessions use soothing tones and vibrations to promote relaxation and emotional balance.
Interactive Wellness Breaks
Integrated throughout the day, these moments are designed to help you reset, connect, and recharge. Take part in a Self-Care Scavenger Hunt or Networking Bingo during lunch, enjoy a stroll through the Art Gallery, and receive a Health Eating Habits reminder in the afternoon to support sustained energy.
Special Performance
The day begins with a special performance by the Annapolis Children's Theatre during the Welcome Remarks, setting a tone of creativity and connection.
Vendor Resource Tables
Connect with community partners and explore resources that support health, healing, and hope.
Closing Ice Cream Social
End the day on a sweet note. Reflect, connect, and celebrate alongside fellow attendees.
