This year’s theme, Creating Safe Spaces: Empowering Individuals and Communities, brings national leaders to share research, tools, and strategies that foster safety, resilience, and hope across all populations.


This statewide conference generally attracts 400-500 stakeholders from Maryland’s public behavioral health community.  Attendees include administrators (state and local), program directors, behavioral health and substance use disorders providers, consumers, family members and various advocacy groups
