This introductory training provides clinicians with a foundational understanding of Sandplay Therapy, a nonverbal, depth-oriented modality rooted in Jungian psychology and the work of Dora Kalff. Participants will learn the essential elements needed to establish a “free and protected space,” including materials, setup, and the therapist’s non-directive stance.
The workshop integrates lecture, demonstration, case examples, and experiential practice to support clinicians in developing beginning competence in Sandplay facilitation and witnessing.
This training is appropriate for mental health professionals interested in incorporating symbolic, expressive, and trauma-informed approaches into their work with children, adolescents, and adults.
