Learn about ACT and how it can work with young adults. There will be a discussion about Relational Frame Theory and the research behind ACT for various diagnoses. This training will also cover  the six core ACT processes. There will be  practice various exercises and metaphors. In addition,  learn how to use the ACT Matrix during sessions and how it targets the six core processes.
