This workshop examines the effects of burnout and vicarious trauma in social work settings. It will highlight the signs and symptoms of burnout and vicarious trauma, providing evidence-based strategies for both staff and managers to reduce risk factors.
Ethical considerations will be assessed through the lens of organizational culture. This workshop aims to provide actionable insights that promote long-term sustainability and well-being in challenging roles.
