OCD affects up to 2% of children and teens, yet many struggle for years before receiving proper treatment. Without early and effective intervention, symptoms often intensify, affecting learning, family life, and emotional growth.

This session highlights the tools that work—especially exposure and response prevention (ERP) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)—to help kids and families move toward confidence, calm, and meaningful change. Dr. Lisa Coyne shares developmentally appropriate strategies, ways to engage families, and guidance for overcoming common treatment challenges.
