This training will examine the increasing prevalence and accessibility of sports gambling, highlighting current trends and the populations most vulnerable to gambling-related harm. We will explore common warning signs, as well as the psychological, financial, and social consequences associated with problematic gambling behaviors. Emphasizing recovery strategies professionals can use to reduce harm and promote long-term well-being through discussions with a person with lived experience.
