This training presents an integrative framework for trauma treatment that extends beyond cognitive approaches to include the body, physiological processes, and lived experience. Participants will explore how trauma is experienced and expressed physically and emotionally, and learn practical strategies to support self-regulation, resilience, and adaptive functioning.
The training also examines the role of nutrition, movement, and environmental factors in shaping overall well-being. Through lecture and case-based application, participants will develop a multi-dimensional treatment approach that supports stabilization, embodiment, and comprehensive trauma care.
