Supervisors play a critical role in ensuring team success, yet they often encounter challenges in communication, conflict resolution, and performance management—especially across generational and organizational lines. This engaging and interactive 3-hour workshop is designed for both emerging and seasoned supervisors who want to strengthen their skills in providing feedback and navigating tough conversations.
Participants will review proven feedback models, explore when and how to apply coaching strategies, and engage in role plays that reflect common supervisory dilemmas. Emphasis will be placed on enhancing emotional intelligence, managing generational dynamics, and communicating effectively with both direct reports and leadership.
