6 Supervision CEs

This is a comprehensive training designed to support professionals as they step into leadership roles. It will focus on mentoring, coaching, and effective supervision to help new supervisors navigate the challenges of managing teams while maintaining ethical and professional standards. 

Participants will explore best practices for leadership development, conflict resolution, performance evaluation, and staff support, ensuring a smooth transition into supervisory roles. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and role-playing exercises, attendees will gain the skills needed to foster team cohesion, provide constructive feedback, and promote staff growth. 

This training equips new supervisors with the confidence, tools, and strategies necessary to build strong, resilient, and high-performing teams in social work settings.
