Free Webinar for Individuals with Lived Experience as a Caregiver or Patient Affected by Cardiovascular Disease (CVD)

Brought to you by the Healthy Heart Learning Collaborative for individuals with lived experience as a caregiver or patient affected by cardiovascular disease (CVD) also known as heart disease.

Grief and loss are deeply personal experiences that can profoundly impact our emotional and physical health, especially for those living with or caring for someone with cardiovascular disease. In this transformative peer learning session, CVD patients and caregivers will explore the complexities of grief through a compassionate and healing lens. Together, we will share personal stories, explore the connection between grief, stress, trauma, and cardiovascular health, and learn practical tools for navigating emotional challenges.

Participants will engage in a supportive and judgment-free space to reflect, connect, and uncover how acknowledging grief can strengthen emotional resilience and promote heart health.
