Full Time, In-Person Position Available
This position works as a team member to support the financial operations of the Agency. In this capacity, this position records and tracks financial information and accounts, creates spreadsheets and presentations, records, tracks and codes Medicare and Medicaid accounts payable/receivable activities and maintains financial and contract files related to the Agency from a variety of funding sources, among other pecuniary and administrative tasks.
The Staff Accountant provides support for specialized operational functions within the Agency, which includes financial operations, procurement functions and contract activities.

The Hub Project Monitor and Assistant plays a vital role in coordinating community events and supporting outreach initiatives that strengthen families and promote health equity.
This position provides essential organizational, planning, and administrative support to ensure the effective coordination of Hub and Spoke community events and activities.
This position ensures accurate tracking of grant deliverables, assists with reporting, and contributes to research and assessment efforts that inform program strategy.

This position reports to the Crisis Response System (CRS) Director within the Anne Arundel County Mental Health Agency, Inc. (Agency). The position is supervised by the Youth Engagement Services (YES) supervisor. This is a high intensity clinical position.
The YES Clinician is responsible for providing clinical assessment and care coordination services to children, adolescents and their families who require more intensive intervention to promote family preservation, and/or to stabilize the child's placement and return functioning to previously established levels as soon as possible. Works collaboratively with the YES supervisor, the CRS teams and the Anne Arundel County Police Department’s Fresh Start Program.
Master’s in Social Work or Master’s in Counseling Psychology.

The Mental Health Phone Counselor is responsible for providing phone support and resources to clients who call the Warmline. Primarily the support results in linkage to mental health services that are provided daily (24 hours). The Phone Counselor receives all incoming calls, elicits essential information from caller, and determines the immediacy and type of response needed.
Phone Counselors assist clients identified as at-risk for hospitalization in obtaining urgent care appointments and arranging transportation if needed. The Phone Counselor also assesses for suicidal ideations and creates safety plans when applicable.
