Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an evidence based treatment developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan. Those of us who have difficulty managing intense or painful emotions need a variety of tools to cope effectively. DBT combines the best of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices to deliver healthy skills and strategies to the people who need it most.
Inner Evolution will ne hosting a ten week virtual DBT Informed Skills class for adults in need of strategies and tools to handle life's challenges and build better relationships.
Meeting Dates and Times: Classes is held on Wednesdays 6:00 pm -7:30 PM ET
The next round of 10 classes starts on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
All classes will be held via Zoom.
