Black People Die By Suicide Too is now offering their Black & Suicidal Peer Support Group on a bi-monthly basis.
This is a safe space to share your experiences, struggles, and triumphs. This virtual event aims to provide a supportive community for Black individuals who are dealing with suicidal thoughts or have been affected by suicide.
Through open and honest conversations, this group will break the stigma surrounding mental health in the Black community and offer a platform for healing and understanding. Compassionate facilitators will guide discussions, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone.
Whether you're seeking support or want to offer your own, this online event is a chance to connect with others who can relate to your journey.
