Social workers are often in a position of providing guidance with their clientele on health insurance. Understanding health insurance allows us to better serve those we work with and choosing the right health care insurance plan is important for our clientele. This workshop will increase your understanding of health insurance and provide strategies for selecting a health care plan that meets the individual/family needs and fit one's spending plan.

Learn what to compare to understand health insurance costs and coverage.
Identify information needed to make a smart choice health insurance decision.
