Continuing education credits are being sought after for counselors, psychologists. and social workers. If approved, this training will qualify for Continuing Education for Live Session, Category1/A. for continuing education units.

Fathers who have experienced trauma face unique challenges that impact their parenting, social and emotional well-being. This training will discuss and explore trauma-informed strategies to support fathers, build resilience, and foster healthy family
relationships.
 

Trainer: DAVID C. MILLER, PH.D.
Over the last decades, he has consulted with hundreds of federal, state. and philanthropic organizations focused on elevating responsible fatherhood and engaging boys.
Dr. Miller's academic journey culminated in a Ph.D. in Social Work from Morgan State University (Baltimore). His academic research focuses on Black fathers as protective factors in children's lives.
