3 Supervision CEs

Participants will explore how supervision is a relational space where stress responses naturally occur and how understand these responses can create opportunities for healing and growth. Drawing on the science of stress hormones, this training will highlight how leaders who prioritize team well-being can reduce cortisol; increase dopamine and oxytocin; and foster collaboration, resilience, and morale. 

Through interactive case studies, reflection exercises, and discussion, attendees will develop actionable strategies to uphold ethical supervision; promote psychological safety; and cultivate a supportive, healing environment for supervisees. 

Objectives:

Recognize the physiological and psychological effects of stress in supervisory relationships.  

Examine how personal and cultural biases can influence supervisory relationships.  

Apply servant leadership principles to reduce cortisol and increase oxytocin/dopamine in supervision.
