Join Breanna Fair-McCall, LCPC, RPT, for a 4-hour interactive training focused on helping clinicians understand and treat childhood anxiety through play therapy. Participants will explore how anxiety presents across development, gender, culture, race, identity, school, home, and relationships, while learning why children often express anxiety through behavior, body symptoms, and play.
This training includes practical play therapy interventions such as Child-Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy, externalization, regulation tools, exposure-based play, bibliotherapy, case examples, role play, and practice stations. Participants will leave with creative, developmentally appropriate tools to support anxious children, caregivers, and school teams.
