In this workshop attendees will learn about ACT and how it can work with young adults. Together you will discuss Relational Frame Theory and the research behind ACT for various diagnoses. Next, attendees will learn about the six core ACT processes. Then attendees will practice various exercises and metaphors. Lastly, you will learn how to use the ACT Matrix during sessions and how it targets the six core processes.
