Afternoon Webinar: Advancing Supervisory Skills: Improving Emotional Intelligence for Workplace Conflict Resolution

This three-hour supervisor skills refresher training will take a deep dive into emotional intelligence to improve conflict resolution in professional settings. Geared towards both new and seasoned professionals, the session covers foundational principles of the role played by supervisors.
